You can only hear

“This sounds amazing”

so many times before you want to scream,

“THEN WHY IS NO ONE BUYING!?”

People reach out.

They show interest.

They ask questions.

They request more information.

Then, they compare, postpone, decide they need more time, or disappear completely.

The lack of sales is stressful enough but not knowing why makes it ten times worse because when you don’t know where the problem begins, everything starts to feel like something you should fix.

Every expert seems to know what’s wrong AND conveniently sells the solution.

But most of that advice begins with the same assumption:

Visibility matters, BUT it only creates the opportunity for someone to buy.

It doesn’t determine what happens once they find you.

If buyers don’t recognize your value, understand why you’re different, or feel confident choosing you, more traffic won’t resolve the hesitation waiting on the other side.

So, you keep posting, rewriting, adjusting your offer, adding testimonials, or questioning your prices without knowing which part actually needs to change.

You only have so much time and money. You don’t need another six-month experiment.

You need to know what’s causing the disconnect and where to fix it first.

You need to know what’s causing the disconnect and where to fix it first.

Your buyer doesn’t automatically see the value you know is there.

You know the experience and expertise behind your business. Your buyer only knows what your marketing allows them to see.

And while you may create your pricing, messaging, visuals, offer, and sales process separately, your buyer experiences them all at once. Within seconds, their brain is asking:

• Is this meant for me?

• Do I understand what I’m getting?

• Why should I choose this over my other options?

• Can I trust this person?

• Does this feel worth it?

• Do I feel confident moving forward?

The answer often registers as a feeling or a “vibe,” but it isn’t random. It’s the result of all the signals your business is sending together. When those signals reinforce one another, buyers recognize your value and feel more confident choosing you. When they don’t, uncertainty creeps in even if the buyer can’t explain why.

That uncertainty sounds like “I need to think about it,” “I’ll talk to my husband,” more questions, more comparisons, or complete silence.

The problem is rarely one glaring mistake. It’s usually several small disconnects that are hard to see from inside your own business because your brain already knows what you meant—and automatically fills in what your buyer may be missing.

That’s why the real source of hesitation often takes an outside

Welcome to the Sales Disconnect Audit

A focused 1:1 review of your offer and the experience buyers have before deciding whether to purchase.

Using buyer psychology, I follow the decision from initial interest through the next step to uncover where confusion, uncertainty, or comparison may be getting in the way.

You’ll learn:

• Where buyer hesitation may be entering the decision

• What is already helping buyers feel confident

• Which three changes deserve your attention first

This isn’t a generic list of everything you could improve. It answers the question that matters most when sales are slow:

What should I fix first to help more buyers say yes?

What I examine through your buyer’s eyes

You may know exactly who your offer is for, why it’s valuable, and what makes it different. The question is:

CAN YOUR BUYER REACH THOSE SAME CONCLUSIONS WITHOUT EVERYTHING YOU KNOW OR YOU HAVING TO STAND THERE AND EXPLAIN IT?

I look beyond whether the right information is technically there. I examine what buyers notice first, what they assume, which questions go unanswered, and how the complete experience shapes their confidence.

We’ll focus on one main offer and up to three connected sales materials, such as your sales page, pricing guide, inquiry process, checkout experience, promotional campaign, or relevant website pages.

I follow the buyer’s decision through five areas:

Recognition

Can the right buyer recognize themselves, see the outcome they want, and understand why this offer matters to them now?

Clarity

Can they quickly understand what they’re buying, how it works, what’s included, and what will change—without decoding industry language or hunting for important details?

Differentiation

Do your perspective, process, experience, and results give buyers a meaningful reason to choose you—or does your business rely on familiar claims like “personalized” and “high-quality”?

Trust and confidence

Do your client experiences, examples, results, words, and visuals work together to make your promises feel believable and the investment feel safer?

The decision experience

Does the next step feel clear and easy—or are buyers met with too many questions, too many choices, unexpected pressure, or no idea what happens next?

I walk through the process as your buyer would, from first interest to inquiry or purchase, to find where they may be asked to do too much too soon or move forward without enough guidance.

The goal isn’t to confirm that every piece exists. It’s to understand whether the complete experience is helping buyers reach the conclusion you intended.

Why this isn’t just another website or messaging audit

A website audit evaluates the website.

A messaging audit evaluates the words.

An offer audit evaluates the offer.

The Sales Disconnect Audit examines buyer behavior and psychology by how the pieces surrounding an offer or service work together inside a buyer’s decision.

Clearer messaging can’t compensate for an offer a buyer doesn’t understand.

Beautiful visuals can’t establish trust if the proof doesn’t address concerns.

More visibility cannot solve the problem if arriving buyers have no meaningful reason to choose the business.

Your buyer experiences one complete decision and that’s what I evaluate.

Hi! I'm Jackie...

Photographer, brand strategist, and the founder of The Green Dress Project

Before becoming an entrepreneur, I worked in corporate sales, where I became the top salesperson in my division at a Fortune 500 company within my first year. Understanding why people buy wasn’t an interesting side topic. It was the job.

Since then, I’ve generated well over seven figures in revenue through my photography business, built a separate direct-sales business that generated more than $250,000 of passive income, photographed thousands of clients, and taught business owners across the country.

But despite all that experience, I learned something humbling:

Understanding buyer psychology and seeing my own business objectively were two very different things.

I fell into the trap so many business owners do. I borrowed the language, visuals, formulas, and strategies I saw working for other people without realizing they were making it harder to see what was valuable and different about my business.

Everything changed when I stopped looking outside my business for all the answers and started paying attention to what was already there: my experience, strengths, perspective, and the reasons clients actually valued working with me.

I didn’t need to invent a better story. I needed to make what was already valuable easier for buyers to see and understand.

That realization became the heart of The Green Dress Project.

Today, I combine buyer psychology with real-world sales and business experience to help established service-based business owners understand what may be causing buyers to hesitate and make the strengths, experience, and value that set their business apart easier to recognize and choose.

What changes after the audit?

Before the audit, nearly everything can feel like it could be the problem standing between your business and more sales.

I recently reviewed a sales page for a genuinely strong product. The offer was valuable and the transformation was clear but one important question wasn’t answered:

Who was it actually for? Was the product created specifically for people in her industry, or could anyone who wanted that transformation benefit from it?

SHE knew the answer because she created the offer and understood everything behind it. But as an outside reader, I had no idea.

And that? That isn’t a tiny wording problem. If buyers can’t easily recognize that an offer is meant for them, they have very little reason to keep considering it no matter how valuable it may be.

That’s the kind of disconnect this audit is designed to uncover.

Afterward, you’ll understand:

• Where buyer hesitation may be entering the sale

• Which signals are supporting—or weakening—buyer confidence

• What is already working and should stay as is

• Which three changes need your attention first

• What can wait

You won’t leave with another strategy piled onto your workload. You’ll leave with a clear diagnosis and a focused plan for what to do next.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I know whether I need this audit or more visibility?

We may not know yet and that's part of the reason the audit exists.

Visibility matters but before investing more time or money in getting seen, it helps to understand what appropriate buyers experience once they find you.

I’ll look for signs that people are reaching your offer but becoming confused, uncertain, or hesitant somewhere in the decision. During the intake process, If the evidence suggests that insufficient qualified visibility is the more immediate problem, I’ll tell you directly rather than inventing something for you to fix.

What if buyer hesitation isn’t my main problem?

That is not a minor finding. It changes what your business needs next.

When sales are slow, it’s easy to assume something about your offer/service, messaging, website, or sales strategy needs to be fixed. However, no amount of rewriting or repositioning can solve insufficient visibility, weak demand, poor timing, or an offer that hasn't reached enough appropriate buyers to receive a fair test.

I won’t begin the audit by assuming something inside your business must be broken. If the evidence points to an outside factor as the primary problem, I’ll show you what led me to that conclusion, what appears to be working, and what shouldn't be changed. I’ll also identify whether anything in the current buying experience needs attention before you invest in bringing more people into it.

The audit does not include a visibility or audience-growth strategy. I work with other talented professionals who can assist with that next step. What the audit will do is help you stop treating every sales problem like a strategy problem and prevent you from spending another six months and thousands of dollars fixing something that was never the real issue.

How much traffic or buyer activity do I need to have a complete audit?

You don’t need thousands of website visitors or a giant social media audience. However, the offer should be established enough that appropriate buyers have encountered it, and you have seen some form of response to begin evaluating. That might include inquiries, sales conversations, page visits, repeated questions, objections, comparisons, ghosting, or people expressing interest without moving forward.

If the offer is brand new or has received very little qualified attention, there may not be enough information to determine where the real problem begins yet.

What kinds of businesses are a good fit?

The audit is designed for established service-based business owners with a specific offer they want to evaluate. It's perfect for consultants, coaches, photographers, designers, creatives, educators, and other experts whose buyers need to understand and trust the value before making a decision.

Your business doesn't need to be perfect or wildly successful. You simply need an established offer and enough buyer response for us to examine what is happening in your ideal buyer's brain.

What exactly will you review?

We’ll focus on one primary offer (or one closely related family of offers/services created for the same buyer) and up to three sales materials connected to it. These can include:

Your sales or service page

Your pricing guide or proposal

Your inquiry form and initial response

Your booking or checkout process

A promotional campaign

Relevant website pages

The goal is to follow the decision as the buyer experiences it rather than reviewing each piece in isolation.

Will you rewrite my sales page or redesign my website?

No. This is not a full copywriting, branding, or website-design service.

I will show you where a change needs to happen, explain why it matters, and give you specific direction and examples of what the correction could look like and help you start the process. During our private strategy session, we’ll also begin working through your highest-priority correction together.

Am I going to receive a long list of everything that is wrong?

Absolutely not. You probably already have enough competing for your attention.

Research confirms what experience has likely taught you: when everything feels important, it becomes much harder to follow through on any of it.

That’s why I’ll identify what is already working and narrow the findings down to the three changes most likely to strengthen the buyer’s decision. You’ll know what deserves your attention first, what can wait, and why each recommendation matters.

Will I be left to implement everything alone?

You won’t be handed a document and sent into the wilderness with three new problems. During our private strategy session, we’ll work through your most important recommendation together so you can begin making progress before the call ends. You’ll also receive seven days of follow-up support for questions, clarification, and feedback on one revised item, such as an offer description, headline, inquiry response, or package outline.

Can you guarantee that the audit will increase my sales?

No ethical coach or strategist can guarantee a specific number of sales or amount of revenue. There are too many factors that influence the outcome. What I CAN guarantee is a thoughtful, personalized review and honest recommendations based on what I find (even when the truth is different from what either of us expected).

The purpose of the audit is to replace random changes with a clearer understanding of what is interrupting the buyer’s decision, what is already working, and what deserves your attention first.

What if you realize there isn’t enough information to complete the audit?

Applications are reviewed before payment to make sure the audit is appropriate for your business.

If I receive your materials and realize (before beginning the full review) that there is not enough buyer activity or information to complete a meaningful audit, I’ll let you know and issue a full refund.

Once the personalized review has begun, the investment is non-refundable. The findings may reveal that buyer hesitation is not the primary problem, and that honest diagnosis is part of what you are paying me to provide.

What if I want more help implementing the recommendations?

The audit is designed to give you enough direction and support to begin making the changes yourself.

If you want help implementing more (including messaging, positioning, offers, etc...), we can discuss whether a longer private engagement would be the right next step. If you choose to continue within 14 days of the audit, your audit investment can be applied toward that work.

There is no obligation to continue. The audit is a complete standalone service NOT an expensive sales call wearing a blazer.

What is the refund policy?

Because this is a personalized service that requires me to reserve time for your business, review your materials in depth, and create recommendations specifically for you, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

The value of the audit is the professional time, analysis, and strategic thinking involved NOT (see above) a guaranteed sales or revenue outcome. Your findings may also reveal that the problem is different from what you originally expected. That honest diagnosis is part of the service NOT grounds for a refund.

Please review the offer details carefully and ask any questions before purchasing. If I determine before beginning the review that I cannot complete the audit as promised, I will contact you directly and issue a refund.
